Now I'm thinking he could be a false flag:

He is the non-conformist who is persecuted by the evil whales who have him on auto-zero. In case you might think there may be a case for reform, you get a dose of how such a "victim" behaves. By now you should know that to not be content with the landacape is to be an annoying ass, so just shut up or you will be just, like, him!
