Glad those injuries weren't more significant. You're lucky you missed the car and then falling down the stairs, not a good couple of weeks!

Heading to Switzerland without the wife and kids will be an adventure. It's rough leaving the family behind, done that while in the Army several times. That's exciting, lots of high elevation to get used to. Are you going a couple weeks early to acclimatize?

Great training using those artificial ski hills, that will get those legs used to climbing. You'll need it for the marathon! Keep up the good work, great training session. Beautiful pictures as always, stay safe!
