Thanks man! I am on the taper right now.
Monday I pushed a little too hard did 10x 30 sec strides (at 75% power) as a test for my hamstring.
Tuesday I had to cut back on the 2x 8 min MP as my hamstring was very noticeable - I made the adjustment to do an easy 5km that day.
Wednesday became 12 km easy run. Yesterday rest (+20 km cycling).
Today back to plan!
