What is your cadence like in the zone 1 and 2. When I try it feels like I am running on the spot !LOL

What worked for me is to shorten your steps a little that way your cadence can stay confortable

My average candende:

  • zone 1 = 164
  • zone 2 = 172

Marathon pace for me is roughly 180
