How Little thing Ruined my whole Week

Last week I didn't do anything meaningful nor achieve a small bit of my weekly plan just because of a minor thing that I failed to recognize early on, and it snowball in a major problem that derailed everything I have planned for the week.

Just for a little thing, my entire week was downhill, no earnings, no progress and nothing was achieved except for the lesson I learned from the experience.

What happened was that I noticed that my phone was acting up and wasn't charging properly. It can stay on charging for 24 hours and wouldn't pass beyond 30% charge. Even when I used power bank to support it while trying to use it the battery was draining instead of going up and I couldn't use it for any productive work without it dying within minutes.

At first I thought it was a cable issue, so I got a new cable and tried charging it. It looks like it was working fine at first, but the problem persisted after a few hours. I got another cable thinking that the first one was not original, but still nothing changed. Then I realized that the problem might be the charging port itself. This was after a whole week of struggling with the issue and wasting time trying different solutions that never worked.

Well, I took the phone to a repair shop yesterday and was told I needed to replace the tailboard of the phone instead of just fixing the charging port. The phone was fixed and the charging life came back to normal, and even looks like the battery health has improved since I changed the tailboard.

Just a little thing, I suffered for a whole week without being able to use my phone where I make most of my income. A whole week without earning a dime and failing behind on all my goals and plan.
