Good days, bad days.

We all have days like this, but the big difference lies in how we deal with the setbacks that life throws at us. The big difference between a bad day and a good day, or rather a positive day, is what you do with it.

A big hello to all our friends who are guest authors on this wonderful project by our friend Bitcoin and the whole DUO team.

AFTER A HARD WEEK TRYING TO FIND A NEW JOB, I WOKE UP A LITTLE LATE TODAY AS I COULDN'T GET TO SLEEP LAST NIGHT.

But today, when I woke up, I somehow managed to focus all my stress, anger, annoyance, and worry into a simple moment of visualization, a simple moment of self-analysis and criticism, but a criticism that embraces my own philosophical thinking and rejects mass thinking or what I might call collective or cultural dogmas.

This is an issue that has been affecting society internally, so gradually that we don't realize what is really happening in our thinking.

After a few hours of stress dealing with some medical issues, traveling, and doing small odd jobs, which are somewhat humiliating and disgusting, to earn a pittance of money to cover some basic needs, all this self-destructive thinking, which gives me nothing positive and slows down new possibilities of finding that light and inspiration of the day, came to a halt.

Sharing these photos of the new dog I have at home, my new pet, but the energy of this dog, this activity that makes him seem tireless, made me think about why. The answer is very simple: we also have that power to focus on the now and the present, and it's not about not having future goals, it's about having a future goal with a delayed path, but focusing not on the result but on each of the steps we take to achieve that goal we long for.

And that's why I took these 30 minutes to write this post, to write deeply and directly from my heart. I hope that everyone who reads me can feel this energy and can feel the connection that I can provide and share with everything they read in my posts. Yes, it's not easy, and just like me, you also have many things in your daily lives that don't allow us to center ourselves, calm down, sit down, and concentrate to read posts properly and think about other people. This is not about being selfish; it's simply that we have other things to do that don't allow us to make room for new interpretations of reality.

I try to improve every day and not emphasize or highlight negative things. However, we know that this is not very positive, but it is necessary from time to time to put aside all our needs and shortcomings in order to value what we have in front of us and to be able to appreciate life as it is, as perfect, flawed, and uncertain as existence itself.
