Depends, there is also something to say for that. My reason not to take that as a suitable option as I would assume CEX and DEX both carry risk, my assumption is that the DEX has a langer risk (as no one will compensate you if something goes wrong) - for me in order to be a realistic alternative I would say more risks would also need more rewards which at the USDC example (and USDT) I don’t see.

I see your point. Makes good sense actually. I have a feeling that Stellar USDC lending thing is close to bulletproof and could allow funds to stay in self custody. Of course some research would be needed beforehand 😄
