I just tested it, and the answer is YES, it works ! :D
I picked one of your posts from a couple of days ago, pulled it up in PeakD, upvoted it in the Outpost, then refreshed it in PeakD.
The vote count had gone up by one. The $ value of votes dropped by a cent, which confused me until I realised that the price of HIVE has dipped overnight and it will have recalculated. So movement is good, either way because it shows something is happening !
