This Reminded Me....

I'll give you an advanced notice here...This blog post is going to be a fanboy post for the Hive blockchain.

So if you are angry at the whales, ticked off at the DHF, or think #web3 is dead, this post may not be for you.

However if you are still reading, work with me over the next few minutes and I think you'll follow the passion I'm working with here.

So I've been on this blockchain basically since day one. I've seen lots over those years, plenty of wins and a whole bunch of losses. From my own businesses failing, to projects I've supported essentially taking the money and running...It's been an emotional ride for sure.

But one of the things that has always struck me when it comes to this blockchain is that it seems to reward risk takers. Not all the time, as plenty of projects that I've seen never really got the support...But overall, if you build some amazing things, people will support you here.

Take for example....Snapie.

This mobile app has been my go to since I learned about it. And let me be crystal clear, when I say I use this thing every day....This is my home screen on my phone:

Yeah, it' the app I open up first when I wake up in the morning. Snapie has literally become my go to experience when it comes to using Hive.

Now I use other apps too...I like 3speak, I'm loving the editor on Ecency and of course, I still browse the blockchain with PeakD....But Snapie's mobile experience has been absolutely breathtaking for me.

So imagine my surprise when today I learn about....Snapie.io LOL

Yeah, I'm super late to the game again but something @meno aid today got me curious...He said I could get a badge if I poke around Snapie.io and find out how to get it.

A badge? Me!!!! If you know anything about my career in internet marketing, you'll know I love me some badges :)

So I start poking around....

Wait......What???

We can get badges and different titles for supporting the development of this app?

Now this might seem like a small thing to many, but for me, this is what makes Hive so great. I can take my little bit of Hive power, and delegate it to projects I believe in.

Some even give you a kick back for delegating, but for my latest delegation to Snapie, it's more of a....Go and keep building cool stuff kind of delegation.

I sent enough HP to become a 'Snap Master' and started poking around the Snapie.io front end....And oh my goodness LOL

Shorts, OpenPods, a full wallet and....A blog editor!!!

And guess where I'm writing this latest blog post on?

It's a super simple editor, but I like simple....

I just love seeing things like Snapie build up and who knows where this will end up. But as for my mobile experience on Hive, Snapie is most definitely the closest experience to 'Partiko' that I've ever had here....The O.G.'s here know about Partiko :)

Folks...Stop looking at the price of Hive. Looks at what is being built here! And then start using the stuff each and every day. We truly are blessed to have the most user friendly web3 chain online.

One day, I hope, the world will wake up!

P.S. I have one request for Snapie.io....The ability to turn daylight on the background. I know the cool kids love the dark background...But I'm old and grumpy lol
