Why BBHO Matters To Me...
Story time with Jongo!
Back when I joined the blockchain, I learned about these things called....SMT's. (Smart Media Tokens) This was on the original blockchain and I actually learned about them because 'gasp' I read the white paper of the blockchain lol
That was a rare thing to do back then, mostly because everything in crypto was taking a ride to the moon. But use case was always a thing for me, because while tech is fun, if I can't use the token...I never understood the point. And SMT's where the promise to 'tokenize the web'. Which attracted me as an entrepreneur....
I could bring my online business community over to the blockchain, and 'tokenize the community'. And while SMT's never took off, we saw the launch of the layer 2 solutions from Hive Engine a few years later. The reality of 'tokenizing the web' was here and this was the blockchain that was going to make it happen....So we thought.
So I launched a token and catered to my entrepreneurial community and things started out great. As time went on, it was extremely hard to get support for our project from within the blockchain. Affiliate marketing and online businesses always had a sketchy reputation, so maybe people just didn't see the vision of what we were trying to build.
Long story short, I decided after 25 years of building businesses online, it was time to hang it up. I sold my business and website properties and began to focus on my offline career much more.
But there was always a spot in my heart missing for.....A community based token that catered to....Entrepreneurs.
I was an early adopter of $LEO and that fit the bill for me over the past few years. But since the inflation was done away with, it was harder and harder to 'earn' the token.....And then along came a project launched by my good buddy @bradleyarrow
I knew Bradley for years. In fact, he was actually from my little online community of entrepreneurs that I introduced to the blockchain way back in 2017. He took to the chain right away and started building his own projects, right here.
One of the first ones he created was the BBH token. It stood for Bitcoin Backed Hive, and generally 1 BBH equaled 1 Satoshi. What started out as a tipping token really caught on, and people started dropped BBH tips on posts over the years.
And then Bradley decided to take his community to another level and introduced BBHO - A front end and community based token for the BBH fans. And this made so much sense to me...
A few reasons, but I'll go over why I've been excited for this project since day one:
BBHO still has inflation rewards. So you can earn some real decent rewards from creating in this community. Simply use the tag 'BBH" within the first 5 tags of your blog post, and voila!
It's still pretty much under the radar. While there are plenty of amazing projects on Hive's second layer, hype seems to come and go with a lot of them. BBHO has been VERY steady.....And while volume isn't huge by any stretch of the imagination, there are always buyers and sellers of the token.
The front end accepts pretty much everything! The trouble with niche layer 2 tokens on Hive has been the fact that.....We don't have enough active users to segment the audiences. So BBHO and it's front end (theBBHproject.com) accept pretty much everything on chain.
And there are plenty of other reasons....But mostly, I know Bradley. I've met the guy. Shook his hand in real life. And I love to support people that have a passion for what they do. If you haven't tried out the BBHO token, make sure to use BBH as a tag in your next post.....Rumor has it, there is a BBHO whale that LOVES to upvote as much content as they can (hint hint) lol

But what they are doing is bad Very badi joined steemit like everyone else thinking it offers freedom but I must say steemit offered much more freedom than Hive does
Everyone already knows I only post my own original content I have no need to steal anything from anyone

I don't have very many BBH/BBHO tokens, but I always did appreciate that Bradley has a very hands-on approach and isn't skulking about in the shadows, waiting to leave everyone hanging out to dry.

They have been trying to bully me with downvotes and words but it doesn't affect me I've been online for over 25 years

They have been trying to bully me with downvotes and words but it doesn't affect me I've been online for over 25 years
So I've dealt with people like this before it's nothing new
But what they are doing is bad Very badi joined steemit like everyone else thinking it offers freedom but I must say steemit offered much more freedom than Hive does

I still think he should combine them....Tipping token and community token in one.
Remember Steem came from Bitshares which had plenty of tokens or shares. Dan Larimer wrote many articles on Steem about how to do SMT on layer 1. However it was when Steem Inc was doing massive layoffs and they ran out of engineer power. Hive Engine was a centralized solution (far from a Layer 2). I am not sure what's the status of it, but last I heard it was just a MongoDB database. Reading on Github I think this has changed. Maybe it always did, but SMT were always a plan of the original blockchain.
On the BBH and BBHO project, I am impressed, however, one thing that I have always seen lacking is a good marketing strategy. As the internet and marketing evolves with social media and AI, I have seen more and more advertising on websites and networks. For some reason, people on crypto seems to have very rudimentary marketing angles. So the hype machine is very low even compared to scam projects like Bitconnect.

It's great to see important people talking about this project/community. I've been accumulating BBH and BBHO tokens for a while now because I'm really interested in what Bradley offers with them. The idea of indirectly buying Bitcoin Satoshis with BBH is already quite striking.
I wish more people would talk about this and many other projects that are still active within Hive in its layer 2. Now that there is almost no marketing for these projects, we, the creators, are left to give a voice and present these projects with potential to the whole world.

Hello everyone I hope you are all good and well today in this post is some of the evidence to prove my case
If you didn't know I've been getting downvoted for a long time on Hive
They have been trying to bully me with downvotes and words but it doesn't affect me I've been online for over 25 years
So I've dealt with people like this before it's nothing new
But what they are doing is bad Very badi joined steemit like everyone else thinking it offers freedom but I must say steemit offered much more freedom than Hive does
