#MyHiveGoals - Full Circle Moment

A few years ago, a guy I worked with online thought it would be a cool idea to start tracking his goals each week and calling it #myhivegoals

I ran with it....

And for the past 4 plus years or so, each and every Saturday night, I post my journey on the blockchain.

The wins, the losses and the crazy emotion I seem to have while navigating the #web3 space.

Pretty much since I started this journey, I have had two foundations when it comes to what I want to build...

$LEO

and

$HIVE

That's it.

Sure I've dabbled in different projects and tokens, but when push comes to shove the two projects I seem to always go back to, have been these two. They have been my go to. Like you guys may remember, I powered down a ton of my Hive over the past few years to keep my family fed. Plus with it, I was able to secure a home for my family which I'll forever be grateful.

That's huge folks...Think about it. My thoughts and opinions over the past 8 years translated into a new home for my family. Crazy to think about.

Over the past 6 month or so, the increase in LEO price allowed me to once again, keep my family fed. I'm the only income in this home and even with a full time job, it's hard out there. So these two tokens have helped my family and I more than I can express....

But things are draining. And that means, I need to rebuild and continue to create and curate content for the future. Just in case, I need to save my family again.

So that's the focus, and has been and will be for the foreseeable future....

Let's see how this week went:

25,000 Hive Power

This week was great, and I was able to add quite a bit to my totals...

25,000 - 12,523 = 12,477 left to go

That's pretty much half way to my target for the year. I added 817 Hive Power to my account from creation, curation and a bunch of buying. So that's awesome and if I do that, I will get to my goal and target a lot quicker than planned. Time to roll up those sleeves and get to work...

Few observations this week:

• I am in love with @snapie This is arguably the most fun I've had on an app on Hive ever.

• My k/e ratio went from 8.34 a few weeks ago, to 7.59 now. Again, this is a metric I'm using to track my rebuild. I'm still worried about this being a metric that dictates who brings value to Hive, and who leeches.

100,000 LEO Power

Was a pretty rough week on LEO for me...

100,000 - 76,342 = 23,658 left to go

This is super slow going with the lack of decent rewards for creating on the platform. They took away inflation a few months ago, and for creators, it really sucks especially with the price of LEO tanking. Still, I'm bullish on the LEO token as a whole and will keep moving forward. I only added about 100 LEO to my account, and it was all from rewards.

Overall, I'm pretty excited about the week ahead. I plan on using @snapie a whole lot more, while creating long form content on InLeo. And bonus note, the new 3 Speak backend is incredible. I uploaded a video last week and it was super smooth. I'll get back into that too this week...
