I really don't want to keep another browser open just to play one poorly-designed game. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’šโœจ๐Ÿค™

I meant just open that other browser for running a mission on the #LimitlessMiner game, afterwhich you may close the tab (or browser itself) until you need to start a new mining session. ๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿค“

I've just started to run mission using the Hive Keychain Android app's internal browser, which seems to work. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’šโœจ๐Ÿค™

It looks like #HiveKeychain for Android and #BraveBrowser for desktop will allow you to play the #LimitlessMiner game (without issues like I do). ๐ŸŽฎ๐Ÿค“

No, only the Keychain Android app, not Brave, since I would have to use HiveSigner with that as well. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’šโœจ๐Ÿค™

I misplaced the "for Android" phrase on my previous comment, where I was referring to #HiveKeychain for Android and #BraveBrowser for desktop (Linux) !INDEED. ๐Ÿคฏ

The #LimitlessMiner game (currently) does not allow #HiveSigner logins. ๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿ˜…

Ah, I see.

Most newer Hive websites don't support HiveSigner, since it's a rather legacy method of authentication. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’šโœจ๐Ÿค™

That might mean that on mobile devices, there is no way to login to many Hive apps without using a centralized app repository to (download and) install #HiveKeychain. ๐Ÿคฏ

I think that the #RisingStar game is the only Hive-based game that has a temporarily mobile secret login link to login to (and play) the game on any device, no private keys or #HiveKeychain (or any other login method such as #Hivesigner) needed. ๐Ÿค“

savvyplayer, you mined 0.9 ๐ŸŸง HBIT and the user you replied to (tydynrain) received 0.1 HBIT on your behalf as a tip. You can receive 100% of the HBIT by replying to one of your own posts or comments. Indeed, that is likely true. I still don't like the idea of having to enter private keys into my browser to make HiveSigner work.

I've seen that feature, but I've never used it. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’šโœจ๐Ÿค™

I also prefer not to input Hive account private keys on a website, even if it is the real #Hivesigner website, though without #HiveKeychain (or #HiveAuth), many Hive apps still can't be logged in to. ๐Ÿคฏ

How fast your #HiveKeychain app for Android is compared to #Vivaldi (also for Android) when viewing a Hive app (without logging in)? ๐Ÿค“

That's understandable indeed, and very true.

Generally it's quite fast, though since the amount of comments determine how much needs to be loaded into RAM, large numbers can make the app freeze for a while. There was also a bug where opening a post with many emojis in the title would crash the Keychain app. I don't know if that was fixed or not yet, since most people don't use lots of emojis in their post titles. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’šโœจ๐Ÿค™

Even if a post here on Hive has several thousands of comments, a Hive frontend is not supposed to (try to) load all of them at once !INDEED, especially since the viewer won't be able to read them all. ๐Ÿคฏ

It's !WEIRD that emojis which are something common online nowadays can break an app (which is #HiveKeychain in this case). ๐Ÿ˜…

Indeed, that's true, and it's a poor design for one to try to do so, regardless of how successful it is or not.

I agree, and that bug was 100% repeatable. I pointed it out to the devs, and one acknowledged that it happened for him too. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’šโœจ๐Ÿค™

On the #Ecency frontend, even if I waited a long while to let the platform finish loading a thousand comments, scrolling the page is incredibly slow, forcing me to close the page immediately. ๐Ÿคฏ

I wonder how many days (or weeks) it would take for such technical issue on #HiveKeychain for Android to get fixed. ๐Ÿ˜…

I've run into that a few times as well, for example on the HiveBuzz Christmas post.

That's a very good question, since so many bugs in Ecency seem to hang around for ages. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’šโœจ๐Ÿค™

For such #HiveBuzz posts where you can greet up to 10 Hive accounts to get a seasonal badge, you either use #Ecency quickly after the post got published, or simply use another frontend (such as #PeakD) altogether. ๐Ÿ˜…

Another question is which among #Ecency for web and #HiveKeychain for Android will have the respective bugs fixed faster. ๐Ÿ˜†

It's kind of ridiculous to need to resort to that just to view the page and comments without them freezing.

It would preferably be all simultaneously. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’šโœจ๐Ÿค™

Perhaps someone here on Hive would request an #Ecency dev to visit any Hive post with thousands of comments using the Ecency platform itself, and wait for its response. ๐Ÿ˜…

That "simultaneous" should also be "soon" !INDEED. ๐Ÿค—

Indeed, you're right on both counts. Given that HIVE continues, seemingly without end, to fall to new all-time lows, I'd say that they have much more important issues to address. Much more HIVE is being powered down than powered up, so things are really not looking good for Hive. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’šโœจ๐Ÿค™

After I noticed that I (and @savvyplayer) am getting relatively a lot of HIVE tokens just by publishing microblog "posts" on #Ecency #Waves, I stopped my Hive Power Down, whose HIVE tokens I used to send to @savvyplayer to support their 1 HIVE daily Power Up for the #HiveBuzz Hive Power Up Month Challenge !INDEED. ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ˜

@savvyplayer needed those HIVE tokens somewhat urgently before as we weren't getting 1 HIVE a day for the #HiveBuzz Hive Power Up Month Challenge unless they sometimes withdraw game tokens on #HiveEngine to get HIVE. ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿ˜…

For good first time results in trying to determine the earning opportunities publishing microblog posts here on Hive, you can try publishing different microblog posts on #Ecency #Waves, #PeakD #Snaps, and #InLeo #LeoThreads for better chances !INDEED! ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿค“

Ah, I see, and that's where building a regular HIVE income comes in handy. Certain delegations and income tokens really help out with that.

I made one Waves post last night, and it got some reasonable upvotes. I should try the others too. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’šโœจ๐Ÿค™

@savvyplayer delegating more than 1,300 Hive Power to the #Ecency official Hive account is just roughly 25% towards getting more or less 1 HIVE per day (UTC) !INDEED. ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ’ธ๐Ÿคฏ๐Ÿ˜…

When you publish a microblog "post" using #Ecency #waves, your #wave must first get a curation from the official Ecency waves Hive account to get a share of the wave container rewards from the #commentrewarder bot' ๐Ÿค“๐Ÿ˜

Bradley, @bradleyarrow, pays out more than Ecency for the same amount delegated than Ecency. I have the same amount delegated to both, and Bradley always wins by a good margin.

Ah, I was wondering how people earned that part of the upvotes. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ’šโœจ๐Ÿค™
