The only one that does accept crypto./Hive that I know of is Privex, and I'm not hearing good things about them lately (not using them myself).
I also use two local hosting providers, but they are quite expensive (easily 3-4x the other prices, so I don't see the need to recommend them :-)

I think that the VPS and dedicated hosting plans on #Privex currently look expensive !INDEED. 🤔🤯

Anyway, I mentioned #Privex to @tydynrain on a comment half an hour ago, where I said that many people on Hive hosting their Hive Witness nodes there or on mainstream hosting providers is generally discouraged. 🤯🤓😅

That is indeed an issue... way too many people are using Privex, which means that when Privex is under attack, half of Hive is down. Which is why I spread my servers around, geographically where possible, and over different providers, to keep things as decentralized as possible. I also don't use VPS, but bare metal, with full access to everything, except physically touching the hardware (although that is almost virtually possible...).

Maybe you would like to rent out your bare metal servers to people by splitting them into multiple VPS. 🤔🤯 That way, you could recoup some (or even all) of the costs of renting those servers, while being able to help other people rent servers (especially those here on Hive) with lower costs (and some of your assistance). 🤗🧘‍♂️😎

I really think that @savvytester would be one of those who would be (very) interested in such setup! 🤯 A #Privex VPS seems too expensive (already at $7.49 for a VPS with 1GB RAM, 25GB SSD, and 1 core). 💸🤓

Anyway, you might have forgotten that the BEER token tipping bot doesn't want to see more than one bot command on the same comment with the BEER token tipping command, and that the LUV token tipping bot has been disabled by its owner/operator for almost 2 months. 🤔🤯🤓

The BEER bot sometimes appears drunk with too much BEER though, which causes it to fulfill BEER token tipping commands on some comments despite such comments having a myriad of bot commands. 🤔🍺🍻🤯😆😅

The official comment from the BEER bot operator literally says use the BEER command only alone and don't mix this with other "!" commands. 🤔🍺 That means it does not matter what the bot command is, but if a word starts with an exclamation mark, then it will be assumed to be a bot command by the BEER token tipping bot. 🍻🤯😅

Whenever @savvyplayer (or I used to before) wanted to tip the BEER token, they would first make sure that there are no other bot commands on any of their comments with the BEER token tipping command. 🤔🍺🤯😅

It seems more efficient in terms of cost and monitoring to have many Hive bots hosted just on one server (borniet's server on this case). 🤓🤯 Since token tipping bots can stop working for a few minutes to several hours at a time with only very few tippers noticing (especially if the bots catch up to missed commands as soon as they resume working), it won't matter much if many bots are squeezed into a single server. 🤯😅

Several months after I published that post, he's basically stuck with looking for a job where he can utilize his college degree, get a good salary, and where his employers and colleagues would be kind to him. 🤔 However, when he has episodes (in terms of mental disorders) such as being very distrustful of the people in his workplace, he will quit his job soon after even if (he admits that) his colleagues and employers said or did nothing bad to him. 🤯 There's also the problem (also after that post) about him wanting to finish his master's degree program for which he already failed some academic requirements, but that's another story for now. 🧘‍♂️

In my experience, just talking to him by reading his messages (and listening to his calls) and giving him useful advice as a form of (social) support almost doesn't help him. 🤯 I know that the only people who can really help him are his family members (definitely) and professionals in the field of mental health (depends on the consultant). 🧘‍♂️

He has the habit of sending me the very same messages that he already sent me weeks or months ago, such as the problems that he continues to experience or the questions that I already answered him. 🤯 He even tries to remind me of what I said before that "things change over time", such that he expects me to change my response to the same messages that he sends me over and over. 🤯 I wonder how he remembers certain statements from me but not others, and then use them to pressure me into trying to help him again (in a different way). 😐

I don't think that it's practically possible to go blind from staring at (computer or phone) screens too much, though spending a lot of time staring at such screens will definitely cause eye strain (and also other health problems) !INDEED. 🤯🤯

Perhaps, but I will say that my eyesight is much worse now than it was a few years ago, especially in my right eye. I do my best to change my focus a good bit. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
