I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 7 years now. Although there are many challenges, I love my life, and I'm immensely grateful to live where and how I do, on my own terms! I would not want to live any other way! 😁🙏💚⚡💥🔥✴️✳️❇️👣🌱✨🤙

So every morning I prepare the draft, and upload photos and collect the data, for these daily posts, before I focus on anything else. I did that as usual this morning, however when I went to open the draft, PeakD's website had been brought down for maintenance, so my draft for this post was inaccessible. Doh!

Since I didn't know for how long PeakD's release site would be down, I immediately started recreating this post's draft using a backup template that I had saved on PeakD's beta site, which included re-uploading my photos, and collecting all the asset data for my post header again. I was most of the way through that process when I got the notification that I had exceeded my daily upload allowance on PeakD. Double doh!

With still three photos to upload, I switched to Ecency and uploaded my last remaining photos using a comment field, then I copied and pasted those back into my PeakD draft. With photos finally re-uploaded, I got to recollecting the asset prices and witness standing for the top field of my post. Once I finally had that completed, and my post draft completely mirrored to what my inaccessible post draft on PeakD's main site had, I decided to check if PeakD's main site was back up, and guess what, it was! Triple doh! So I completely recreated my post draft, with stupid obstacles in the process of doing so, all for nothing! I chose to use the second template on PeakD's beta site to write this post, since the collected data was more up to date. At this point I just have to laugh...lol!

On another far-more-interesting (for me at least) topic, I started exploring using Hermes via the newish Hermes official Desktop app last night just before bed, which is something that I'd been wanting to do for a while now. The app is very sleek and customizable, and it's basically like a command center for working with Hermes. It does have a few quirks which I'm noodling out, but it definitely looks like it's going to become a primary component of my agentic-AI system.

One thing that I really like about the app, is that in the bottom-right of the chat interface, there is a field that shows me what model that I'm currently using, and that functions as a drop-down menu for selecting providers-model combos, even with reasoning/thinking level adjustable, on the fly. That's pretty cool, though Hermes and I did encounter a very odd issue with provider-model routing inside the app, which we're figuring out now. In any case, the app is very promising indeed.

Yesterday, Wednesday, after finishing up my Hive-Blurt-We Are Alive Tribe tasks by about 12:30PM, I prepared for a session that was scheduled for 1:30PM. The session went well, and after we wrapped it up, I went to Wabisabi to make myself some food, and to collect my leftover superfood fire coffee from the fridge, before heading back to the Flow House, to work some more with Hermes, and to begin my evening Hive tasks. I got through all of my notifications by around 10:30PM, and after exploring using Hermes via the Hermes Desktop app for a bit, I went to bed, a bit late, by just after 12AM. I woke up very late, just after 9AM, having slept fairly well, going to prepare my superfood fire coffee in Wabisabi, then returning to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just after 12:45PM, so it's a fantastic time to wrap this up, so that I may attend to my fee other important Hive-Blurt-We Are Alive Tribe tasks, before leaving the Flow House a little later in the afternoon, to focus first on some photography for my posts, and then on some jungle-community/land work and tasks. I deeply appreciate y'all so very much! Until tomorrow's reincarnation of these posts! Always forward, onward, upward, and whaleward, ho, together we go! 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

2026 Life Goals

1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.

2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.

3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.

4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
