@temmylade Smiles… I once believed that being a dreamer was enough to bring my visions to life. But life proved me wrong. I have learned that while dreaming is good, turning those dreams into reality requires serious work, persistence, and resilience. Life is not a bed of roses, and it is not a game as usual it is a game unusual.

Dreaming is the easy part, it is the courage, the hard work and the consistency that actually bring the dream to life. Life really does humble you and show you that nothing happens by wishful thinking alone, it is definitely not a “game as usual,” because real growth takes strength and intentional effort.

@betheloji12 well I will tell my young self that a value added everyday makes one better and grow stronger everyday.

Adding value to yourself little by little each day really does shape who you become, it is those small, consistent improvements that make a big difference over time.

@betheloji12 If i should speak to my younger self, my advice will be. 1. To work hard because nothing good comes easy. 2. To believe in myself and achieve my aim in life.

Your younger self would really grow with that mindset, work hard, stay focused and believe you can reach your goals. Those two points alone can change a whole life.

@betheloji12 I would tell my younger self to slow down, trust the process and build consistency early.

I would remind myself that patience, discipline and the courage to take opportunities when they come make all the difference in the long run.

@omoomowess01 For me, purpose comes first, if the goal aligns with where I am headed and what I truly want for my life, then I will pursue it fully.

After purpose, I look at progress whether the steps I take are actually moving me forward. Passion is good and balance is important, but purpose is what keeps me committed, even on the hard days.

@betheloji12 if I could advice my younger self it would be , to seize every moment , do not procrastinate because life is short. Sometimes, opportunity if lost never comes back again.

Don't wait until you have all the details to start something new, start and learn as you progress.

@temmylade I've always held this belief that what is meant for me will always come on its own. But life has proved me wrong. I have to go for it to bring it to reality.

Life really teaches us that "what is meant for us” doesn’t just fall into our laps, we have to step out, work for it and claim it. Waiting alone doesn’t bring results, but taking action changes everything.

@omoomowess01 when I set goals my decision to pursue it has to do with its alignment with my purpose, that is what matters most and that will also fuel my passion towards the realization of it.

@temmylade i use to believe that as long as you didn't sleep with someone husband , if someone sleep with yours. If you pray or curse the person karma will locate the person. But that's a pure lie. Whether you sleep with someone husband or not . Just pray not to marry a community dick cause you will question your life and faith all over again. Life doesn't work the way we imagine it. Cause this sone of this generation of men and women lacks discipline and self control nothing concern karma

Life has a way of showing us that karma doesn’t always play out the way we expect. Sometimes it is not about what you did or didn’t do, it is just about the kind of person you ended up with.
A partner with no self control can make you question everything.

@betheloji12

My Answer to Prompt One.

If I could advise my younger self, I'd say don't trust people easily. Being young, naive, and innocent doesn't mean you have to be overly trusting. Your openness, friendliness, and harmless nature are strengths, but not everyone will reciprocate with good intentions.

Don't rely solely on your intelligence; explore your skills, network with people, and take calculated risks. Let the universe do its thing!

@temmylade

MY Answer to Prompt Two

I've come to realize that my earlier notion of success was limited. I used to believe that intellectual intelligence alone was enough to guarantee success. However, over the years, I've learned that successful people aren't just intellectually smart, they're also socially savvy, morally grounded, and versatile. They don't rely on their innate abilities but instead leverage on other skills. This realization has been one of the most life-changing lesson and it's truly enlightening<

Hehehe such a powerful realization, the kind of awareness that changes the way we approach life.

A lot of us grew up thinking book smart was all it took but life shows a different picture 🤣 success really comes from a mix of intelligence, emotional maturity, social skills, values and adaptability. Knowing how to relate with people, how to carry yourself, how to make the right choices, all of that matters just as much as IQ.

I can't blame us; we were young, naive, and our parents or guardians didn't know any better. Some life lessons must be experienced to fully grasp the concept.

@betheloji12 If I could speak to my younger self…
I will tell her to stop worrying so much. Life won’t always go as planned, but that’s okay because it still finds a way to work out. I will tell her to be patient with herself, to understand that growth takes time and mistakes are part of the process.
Most importantly, I will tell her she is stronger than she thinks and one day, she will look back and smile at how far she has come.

It wasn't easy for your younger self,😁
But believe me, you are a Queen now, life doesn't always get easy most times, we just get stronger... Remain blessed my bestie

Yah right.
Thanx for the encouragement.
Sometimes I will just look back and just smile..

This is so beautiful and deeply comforting.💖
I think many of us need to hear this reminder— that things don't always go as planned, but somehow they still work out. Growth really does take time, and it's amazing how strong we can be without even realizing it.

@omoomowess01 When I set goals, what matters most to me is purpose. I have learned that passion comes and goes, and progress can be slow, but purpose keeps me moving. It gives me direction even when I feel tired or unsure. Once I know why I am doing something, it becomes easier to stay focused and patient. For me, purpose is the quiet strength behind every dream I chase. So yes it's the purpose that drives me
