Who Needs a Gym When You Have a Mountain- Taking a Pre-Market Hike
I was up and about pretty early this morning, so I took advantage of the cooler temperatures before things started getting too hot for the day and took a pre-market trip up the mountain! There is really not much better to clear your head and get you in tune with nature and yourself than a good ole up hill hike!
Spring is doing it's thing and everything is really starting to fill in throughout the mountain. It makes for a beautiful hike, but the one problem with canopies like this is that ticks and other creepy crawlies like to fall down on you, lol. Hence the hat, lol. That and the key is to just keep moving, because of course this is a workout after all.
Today, I made it up to the end of the road before the mountain really starts getting gnarly. I haven't been up this far in some time. Last time I have been beyond the highest deer stand was when my Dad, son, and I all hiked and camped at the top of the mountain several years ago. Now that I am on my phyical fitness journey, looks like I have a new goal point!
I will say that the trip up is certainly worth the view when you get there! Now that I am older, I can really appreciate what we have, when as a younger person, I didn't and took it all for granted. But I am older and wiser now, and in charge of a quarter of our family plot, lol, so I better love it, right? LOL.
The best part about coming up to this spot is I got to find where all the blackberries are going to be popping out! That's exciting because I can eat my weight in those things, lol. I have a feeling I will be competing with the wild animals around for those awesome blackberries, lol. Maybe I can get some before they do. I am also considering some thornless blackberry bushes for the homestead, so I may let the deer, bears, and birds have these, haha.
So now, it's time to head back down to make this post and make some money in the markets for the week, because it's Money Monday here on @run-a-muck-farms. This is when I make all the money for the week so I can focus on more important things in life.
Until next time...
Be cool, be real, and always abide with you my dudes!

Amazing scenery, definitely a great place to be there!
Yeah, I am very blessed for sure.
"Such a refreshing way to start the day! Do you find these hikes also help you with clarity when it comes to trading decisions later?"
I already had the decision made, I make the same moves every week for the most part accept I have been shifting positions around a bit. I just needed to wait until open to make it, so I took a hike instead of doom scrolling social media. But yes, it helps with full mental clarity.
