Getting Back To The Metal Stacks! 5oz of Silver and 1 Gram of Gold!

Let me tell you something. It feels good getting back into stacking some real hard money. I had to stop collecting for a bit to handle some other things, as well as I sold a bunch to buy some crypto miners. But, now, I am back on that metal grind! I went to my favorite shop yesterday with some cash and went in with the intention of just buying the 5oz of silver, but ended up walking out with an extra little piece as well!

My good ole go-to silver round is a 1oz buffalo coin. Everyone knows the buffalo rounds so they are easy to sell if need be. So nothing special on this buy, just stacking some good ole trusty rounds.

The piece I wasn't expecting to pick up. I was just asking how much of a premium he had on gold grams and he said that if it wasn't in a mint card, then he sold them at melt price! So I pulled another bill out of my pocket and traded that trash for a little chip of some of that pretty yellow metal! It's been a while since I have had a little bit, I gave all my gold and silver to my kids back years ago when I did the whole vanlife thing. So I feel good at least having this tiny little piece!

Knowing that I can get gold at spot, I am going to start racking up on these little guys for a bit to add to the long term savings safe.
