Yes, and that's the highest that it's ever been. It's directly connected to the price of HIVE. The lower the price goes, and the higher the Hive Debt goes, the higher the APR for HP goes. It's not a good thing at all, actually, as it shows that our blockchain economy is really not doing well. The price of HIVE will sadly very likely fall below $0.01 fairly soon. Hive's current economic model does not work, or rather it works to drain value from the chain. At the current rate, and on the current trajectory, HBD will probably lose its peg to the US Dollar in about a month to a month and a half. Hive needs some significant changes if it is going to survive, never mind thrive. Hive's present state hurts my heart, and I pray that the necessary shift does happen very soon. ๐๐๐โจ๐ค
