I am a Muslim myself, so I also observe Ramadan according to Islamic customs.Fasting means not eating all day. Fasting means you cannot eat anything during the day. It's quite a challenge to fast all day in this hot spring sun, but we have to follow the rules of Islam. However if you are a Muslim, you can easily fast just follow some rules.After fasting all day you should definitely eat nutritious and delicious juicy food during Iftar in the evening. It is best to avoid fried food during this time.But unfortunately most Muslims in our country eat fried food and smoke during this time.

*Lemon is completely natural and the best creation of Allah. Lemon juice will act as a tonic for your body, so try to drink a glass of lemon juice during Iftar. We will definitely need lemon juice during Iftar.
*Among the fruits, watermelon can be the best food at this time. Watermelon is a liquid food and it is very beneficial for the body during Iftar. Try to eat watermelon during Iftar. My family will eat watermelon during Iftar, this is their policy.
*Then at iftar time, we will need chickpeas and salad.Chickpeas are a very beneficial food for the human body. In addition, cucumber and tomato salad can be eaten during Iftar. Eating cucumber at this time is very beneficial for the body because it is a completely natural food.We will definitely need cucumbers during iftar.
*One of the most important things is to definitely avoid smoking after Iftar because I have seen that many people who do not smoke all day get busy with smoking right after Iftar which is very harmful. Smoking at this time will bring danger to your human body so avoid it.I will always speak out against smoking.
