I'm going to start today's episode by saying good morning to everyone. Today is Wednesday, February 26th. I hope you have a great day. Do you know that my first wish is for the morning to start well?

For example today Wednesday, I woke up at 5 am and first thing I did was perform ablution and pray. Every morning, my goal is to start the day with prayer. As a mother, I have a variety of tasks that start early in the morning because I have a husband and children. Sometimes I go for a walk after making breakfast and sometimes I go for a walk before making breakfast.

To stay healthy and free from future diabetes I need to walk every day and this is my mandatory habit.Again every morning I have to prepare food for the kids and husband because they have offices and colleges.Many people think that women can't do anything but women can do everything and a woman's life is filled with a lot of busy time.A woman is the homemaker of a family and without a homemaker the family is in disarray.

Listen to my morning routine today.However this morning I went for a walk first.This morning I finished my prayers and some other light household chores and went for a walk.After the walk, I came home and cooked khichdi for the family.No matter how busy you are, you should walk every morning because your healthy body is connected to this walk.Look at me, I try to walk regularly to stay healthy and free from future diabetes.

If I can't walk in the morning, I make up for it by walking at other times of the day.But most of the time I try to walk every morning.Today Wednesday morning, I went for a walk around the environment.Our environment is very large and there are roads, gardens, and green nature through the environment.At different times I try to walk through different parts of the environment.This morning the destination was again to walk around the environment and clean up the garbage.

Yes friends, I don't just limit myself to walking.I constantly pick up the polluted garbage from nature and the environment while walking.Do you know why I pick up the garbage from nature and the environment? This is a very simple matter and anyone can understand this matter.If you keep dirty garbage in your house all the time then surely the beauty of your house will be ruined and germs can spread from there. Therefore, to stay healthy and maintain the beauty of your home you need to maintain cleanliness.

In the same way, to enhance the beauty of your area and to eliminate harmful germs from society, you must protect the environment and nature around you.No plastic waste can be thrown into the environment and nature and trapped plastic and other garbage must be immediately picked up and thrown into the dustbin.The goal should always be to throw garbage into the designated dustbin.

It is natural that garbage will accumulate in a densely populated area because there are many children in a densely populated area. Children throw packets of various biscuits and chips on the ground due to which our environment becomes dirty, but you can carry out your activities regularly.

Since an environment or a society is formed by a large population, you can carry out your cleaning activities every day.You can clean your environment or surrounding nature by walking every morning or afternoon because here lies the future of you and your children.To save future generations and provide a better environment, you must continue your activities and teach them to your children.

Look at me, I made a big effort to save the environment this morning. Today Wednesday morning, I had to use two bags again because I collected a lot of garbage from around the environment. The pictures below bear witness to the cleaning of garbage from the environment on Wednesday February 26th.
