I believe your approach is wrong. We are not all equal, and our opinions are not equal. Some invested huge time in education, or went and learned from life events, while others did not. For too long, we have been too nice - with friends, with families, with neighbours, with immigrants.

Well, it depends on so many factors. As I still need to defend my PhD, can't speak about education too much. No one is equal, and that is a good thing. If somebody is nice to me, I'm nice to them, and also on the other side.
