If you could bring one special dish, drink, or treat to our anniversary table, what would it be, and what story and memory make it special to you?Happy Anniversary to Ladies of Hive community I'm glad to be a member and this what I have to share.Iwa Ekpang is made from processed cassava wrapped with boiled or smoked plantain leaf.
Otong (soup), a species of beans, is used in cooking the beans.Zobo juice is made from hibiscus flowers.Iwa Ekpang and otong soup with Zobo juice is one delicious delicacy I'd love to introduce at the anniversary at hand. This meals are made naturally, and personally cherished. Not overly processed food, because during those times our grandparents used to live longer; they used to eat from this, and their lifespan was extended because of good meals. In my tradition where I come from if you don't know how to even Cook this particular dish it's a big Taboo,

There was once my grandmother called me and started asking me if I knew how to cook this soup that it is one of the reasons why the Girls in my tribe are valued and I told her yes o and she said okay I knew it's a reminder that Soarshine you are ripe oh leave my granny alone she has 12 children and she craving to carry my own children that's by the way the ingredients in the Soup is the cowpea, African oil beans some veggie and you know the nutritional value of this above mentioned they are so high and even the cassava you use has swallowed is very rich my dear forget it, not to talk about the Zobo fruit juice that contains ginger, garlic, pineapple,date, cinnamon and lots of natural plant you added up to the fruit.

I would love to bring this to the table because we have lots of people that are struggling with their daily diet and how to build their immune systems right, and if you try this on throughout the anniversary period, I tell you, you won't regret it. I love to share my traditional and very nutritional meal with you because I care a lot about ladies of Hive, and this is about building a place of fun and nurturing our bodies as ladies. It's an Anniversary it's takes a lot to get here happy anniversary ladies of Hive a place where ladies thrive and make impact.
