I have set @savvyplayer as voting proxy, which means that my Hive account automatically "copies" their Hive Witness and Hive Proposal votes. 😎 While I saw them vote for @botlord as Hive Witness some time ago, they might have forgotten to vote for the @botlord #HiveEngine Witness node too. 🤔🤯 !HOPE that this comment tagging them is enough to remind them to vote for the HE Witness too! 🤗😏

If someone on Hive got used to getting more Hive Power (which is staked HIVE tokens which is the primary token of the Hive blockchain) to increase the worth of their votes for Hive Witnesses (and Hive Proposals), they might get confused about which #HiveEngine token is necessary for having a larger influence for Hive Engine Witnesses (which presumably is staked BEE tokens which is the primary token of the Hive Engine second-layer blockchain) !INDEED. 🤔🤯😅

The WORKERBEE requirement for voting on Hive-Engine witnesses is an odd one, and it doesn't really make much sense, but that's how it is, so we just adapt and flow with it. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

While @savvyplayer (which is my voting proxy) has voted for the @botlord #HiveEngine Witness node (as well as the primary layer Hive Witness node), both of us have zero WORKERBEE tokens (either liquid or staked), so we only add to the number of votes without increasing your node's ranking on the Hive Engine second-layer network. 🤔🤯😅

I just said on my previous comment that I and @savvyplayer don't have any WORKERBEE tokens at all, so our votes don't increase your #HiveEngine Witness node's ranking. 🤔🤯 It's also !WEIRD to find out that neither my nor @savvyplayer's Hive Engine wallets ever got "touched" by the WORKERBEE token (in other words, no incoming or outgoing WORKERBEE token transactions at all). 🤯😆😅

I know what you said, I read it correctly, and I replied that I appreciate the support, and that "If you or @savvyplayer do get to hold some WORKERBEE", the ranking would improve.
I was expressing a possible future ;-)
It is indeed very well possible that you don't own any WORKERBEE, and it has never touched your wallet. AFAIK, you can only buy them, or receive them. Are they useful? Yes, for mining BEE, and for giving Hive-Engine witness votes ;-)
Owning BEE does come with its own uses btw, if you delegate it to @bee.voter it earns you weekly Hive.

Really? Haven't checked that recently to be honest :-D As long as I receive the weekly payout for the delegation, I'm not complaining ;-) As soon as that would stop, I would indeed withdraw the BEE and do some other stuff with it.

One of the things you can do with the BEE that you withdraw delegation from is to unstake it, swap with WORKERBEE, then power it up to increase your #HiveEngine node's ranking for the Witnesses !INDEED! 🤔😎🤓

That is indeed the plan once the Hive dripping would stop, or when needed to stay in the top 20. However, I don’t have enough yet to make a really big difference. But it keeps growing, and that’s ok!

I can't think of anywhere where #HiveEngine tokens can reside, apart from Hive Engine wallets themselves, or Hive Engine liquidity pools. 🤯 There's a @tyndynrain wallet on Hive Engine though that has 20,0001 IDD tokens! 🤣😂

Indeed, very little people actually own WORKERBEE, as there is not that much obvious value to owning it at first sight. Or the value is created outside the staking (as @tydynrain proves in his next comment ;-) )

That shows that (staked) WORKERBEE has two purposes, one to increase the power of votes for #HiveEngine Witnesses, and one to earn a steady supply of BEE tokens. 😎 That's very similar to Hive Power which helps increase voting power (for curation, Hive Witnesses, and Hive Proposals), as well as a steady supply of additional HP. 🤓

Currently I swap about 50% of the BEE into WORKERBEE, and 50% I delegate to bee.voter. This then produces Hive, which I power up (or use to buy more WORKERBEE). The idea is to stack up on both HP and WORKERBEE, to solidify the position in the ranks for both the Hive-Engine witness (it’s currently switching between 21-19, I would like to have it more stable on a higher position) and the Hive witness (position 113 there, need to get it to a higher position for sure).
So, slowly but steadily it will grow I hope…

It's better if your #HiveEngine Witness node moves just within the 19th and 20th places, so that it can continuously earn 0.39954306 BEE tokens every 15 minutes. 😎🤓

Your Hive Witness node reaching at least the 20th place is something still far-fetched, hopefully not for too long. 🤗🤯😅

Indeed, that’s what I would like with the Hive-Engine Witness, that is constantly in the Top 20. Is it really every 15 minutes? I haven’t checked, I noticed it about 2 or 3 times per hour. Could be 4 as well I guess :-)
The Hive Witness node in the top 20 would be VERY nice indeed, but I do realize that is NOT going to be easy…
