Exercise, walking, and contemplating nature [Eng - Spa] - My Actifit Report Card: February 4 2026

Blessed day to all. As I write this post, I am lying in bed resting from my morning physical activities. It is a productive rest before continuing with my household chores.
Early in the morning, I went to the park with my brother, where we did our routine, which includes correcting my brother's use of the machines, as he was using them incorrectly. There were only two people in the park, and one of them brought their pet, a little dog that I have seen on other occasions. I think it's cute, so I took some pictures of it.
When we finished, I told my brother that we would walk to the viewpoint, which means passing by the house and continuing on. He had never been to the viewpoint, at least not that he could remember. From there, you can see the beautiful Taiguaiguai lagoon in front of the community.
When we arrived, we stayed for a while, resting and taking in the beauty. My brother, who doesn't like to pose for photos, let me take some of him, and he also took some of me, which I think turned out very nice considering he has no experience taking photos.
These moments enjoying peace and physical activities with my brother are worth their weight in gold, because he is a person with special needs, and it has not been easy to maintain a harmonious relationship.

Ejercicio, caminata y contemplación de la naturaleza
Bendecido día para todos, en el momento que escribo este post estoy acostada en mi cama descansando de las actividades físicas de la mañana, es un descanso productivo para seguir con las actividades del hogar.
Bien temprano salí acompañada de mi hermano hacia el parque, allí hicimos la rutina, que comprende rectificar el uso de las máquinas para mi hermano, ya que las estaba usando mal. En el parque solo estaban dos personas y una de ellas llevó a su mascota un perrito libre que ya he visto en otras oportunidades. Me parece lindo por eso le saqué fotos.
Al terminar le dije a mi hermano que caminaramos hacia el mirador, lo que significa pasar cerca de la casa y continuar, él nunca había ido al mirador por lo menos no lo recordaba, desde allí se ve hermosa la laguna Taiguaiguai que está enfrente de la comunidad.
Al llegar nos quedamos un rato descansando viendo tanta belleza, mi hermano que poco le gusta posar para fotos me dejo sacarle unas y también me saco unas a mí, que considero quedaron muy bonitas para no tener experiencia sacando fotos.
Estos momentos disfrutando de paz y actividades físicas con mi hermano valen oro, porque él es una persona con condiciones especiales y no ha sido fácil mantener una convivencia armoniosa.
