Achieving a peaceful society is possible if everyone takes their rightful place. The Citizens should respect authorities, follow a legal procedure to express displeasure when things aren't going well.
Government on the other hand should ensure that citizen's needs are met, by creating equal justice, basics human amenities and jobs.

Exactly. And it's like a cycle: people give their money so the government can provide them with basic services. The government must do its part and give people the services they need. Then, people must take care of what the government gives them. If everyone did their part responsibly and took care of things, we wouldn't have so many problems.
