RE: 15% tariff on EU products, 0% tariff on US products?! And EU has to invest billions in the US. Good or bad deal?

I think the EU gave up way too much just to avoid higher tariffs. Seems like a win for the US, especially with that huge energy deal thrown in. Not sure how this really benefits everyday Europeans though
