Dear Hivers and Discord addicts. I have some bad news and some good news for you today. The "bad" news is that my Discord account has apparently been compromised. And from what I've been able to confirm so far, it seems like it's only sending a few "scammy" pictures through suspicious DMs to a handful of contacts with which I've interacted at some point in the past. In my opinion nothing truly serious if you really know me well and you have a good nose to detect nonsense.

And the "good" news is, that I've seemingly been an important, key and influential person of interest for the scammers, and for that very reason, I've been one of the first chosen to be targeted in this undesired DM spam campaign on Discord.

But what makes this good news even better, it is the fact that your Discord account may be just as compromised as mine. Only that if you have not yet been considered as an important, key and influential person as me for the hackers, then probably that's the only reason why you haven't realized yet that your Discord account has also been hacked and compromised. So stay alert, learn more about the issue, and don't be too quick to share false positives. Since I'm not one of those pussies who likes to interact via private messages.
