En ocasiones nos olvidamos de nosotros, en pos de cumplir con todos (trabajo, hijos, familia, amigos, etc.) Es por eso que creo que estos ejercicios son excelentes para reflexionar y ayudar a los que pudieran estar pasando por un momento así. Pienso que debemos abrazarnos, perdonarnos y aceptarnos tal cual somos.

Sometimes we forget about ourselves, in pursuit of fulfilling everyone (work, children, family, friends, etc.) That is why I think these exercises are excellent to reflect and help those who might be going through such a moment. I think we should embrace, forgive and accept ourselves as we are.
