OurPick encouragement program is part of the @Liotes ecosystem, where quality posts are curated. Authors are encouraged to continue creating content, adding value to various communities, and contributing to Hive in general.

Created in Canva.com
Occasionally, we will select a couple of outstanding posts that we find particularly interesting and suggest them for your further reading... We hope it will help authors as an additional promotional tool... We support creators with our upvotes in Hive, but also in other tribe tokens! These Hive-Engine tribes add extra value to the entire ecosystem, helping authors and curators follow their niches and dreams...

What should i call them Mini apple pies, pastry pies or muffin pies? but they are delicious by @hindavi
Your mini-pies reminded me of "fornetti" pastry that can be found all around Europe (maybe on other continents too... not sure about that)... They can be without filling, but those tastier do have filling, which can be sweet or salty... My favorites are filled with cheese!
But yours are probably 10 times better than those industrial ones! As you like to experiment, maybe you could try to make them salty with cheese filling? 😃

Reviewing Zypto Pay by @forkyishere
I suppose that the main selling point of Zypto is their debit/gift cards, and of course, close integration with the HIVE blockchain... I mean, "selling point" for us, Hivians... Every development needs time to resolve small (and bigger) bugs, and there is always space for improvements... I hope they will take these recommendations to consider and fix things like adding HIVE accounts with the private keys (preferably not a MASTER key)...
All in all, it's a good start and I hope they will continue building and integrating more stuff... Hopefully, fees will drop too... 4-5% isn't a lot, but it isn't low either...
Can't wait for your second part of this review, with the debit card in your pocket/phone... 😃

What you know about mental health may not be true // Lo que sabes sobre salud mental podría no ser cierto by @enraizar
What an interesting topic, and not only that, but it is also very topical. People are talking about it more and more, and by that I mean especially the two Spanish-language podcasts you mentioned. It is good that little by little, certain things are not only being discovered, but also coming to light without censorship.
I really enjoyed listening to Dr José Luis Marín, especially when he talked about how mental health issues have been treated separately from other health issues in the past. We are a whole, not disconnected parts. When he talks about asking the patient what is wrong with them today and that this is wrong, but rather that we should ask what has happened to them, that is precisely it, the trigger for so many things, both physical and mental health. Everything has a cause, and it is good to go to the source of the problem.
On the other hand, I must say that I know Dr Joan-Ramón Laporte, and I particularly like the fact that he talks about these side effects and how drugs make people ill instead of healing them. The search for a method that gets to the root of the problem without filling people with drugs that only make them ill is the most rational approach. And it's true, my mother has been through this. If she goes to the doctor, they are sure to find something wrong with her, or a pill they give her will cause something else, and that's how they keep the population sick.

On Nature and Wildlife by @namiks
Nature is one, whether it be a field, mountains, a flowing river, the sea or forests, it is present in everything and in us. It is true that cities are more unhealthy, with stress, rushing around and polluted air. Nature offers us the primordial state of creation, the origin and the source, which is why it gives us life, revitalises us and fills our lungs with clean air... I feel I can breathe it in with your words.
From time to time it is good to recharge your batteries. I do it regularly, and when I don't, my body asks me to, it tells me... touch the ground, touch the plants, breathe. Without a doubt, the best physical and mental health is found in nature.
Your photographs are wonderful, my favourite is the one of the mushrooms, nature emerging from itself.

Hive Open Mic. Week #286// Quesos, Cosas, Casas: cover by superjavi. (Es/ En) by @superjavi
My brother, happy day to you! I didn't know this song, but when I saw who composed it, I knew it had a very profound message. Your voice shines brighter than ever here; it seems like the instrumentation was made for you to sing. I never tire of admiring your voice, so I truly want to say: thank you for sharing it with the world. You are a talent that needs and deserves to be heard 🙏

Saber esperar el momento☕ [Eng./Esp.] by @sacra97
Excellent reflection. It seems almost transgressive in these fast-paced times when we want everything instantly. But as you rightly point out, nature itself teaches us that beauty requires time, patience and dedication to achieve the desired results, such as those beautiful flowers or getting our pets to obey us. What I liked most is your final paragraph, in which you express that you do not wait for validation from others but know your abilities and what you can achieve. It is super inspiring, as is the last sentence about taking success in stride, something that allows you to prolong it, enjoy it more and extend its positive effects. I share this philosophy, being clear that we are the ones who set our own pace.
