During my school days, the life there was quite challenging as financial expenses was more than the income I was getting. As a student I wasn't working and the only opportunity I have in getting little money was from my parents but then this don't happen all the time when I ask which do leave me stranded back then in school.

As a student, there are things we always need daily that requires finance which is very important. As a student feeding is important because we are also human and we need to eat to study well. The lack of finance during my school days really broke me down that at some point, I was already having the intention to quit.

There are days that I do skip meal which really broke me down and not that am not hungry but because there is no money to feed. Sometimes I do go to get food on credit just to satisfy my hunger and anytime my parents send me money, I pay back without hesitation. But then this don't occur all the time because my debt then do pile up and going there to pay becomes a challenge.

My admission in school was actually the first time I will leave home, so things became so difficult for me. I was damn broke when i was in school and this at some point really affected my studies. You can't study on an empty stomach neither can you feel comfortable when hungry.

Food was not only the problem I faced back then in school, lack of means to transport my self to school was also a challenge likewise not having money to pay for handout. I was totally broke that I even owe a lot of people money just to meet up with my studies.

The painful part about the whole situation is that when you call home for financial support, they really don't believe because they feel it is a trick am using to collect money from them when it haven't been too long ago I asked before.

That made me not to bother calling them again except for school fees because I also know how they are managing at home. During weekends i will look for where i can see events or parties just to attend in other for me to have opportunity of eating.

It was a challenging experience to witness back then in school especially been broke in that way but today am grateful @Hive came through.

Knowing the Hive platform have been a blessing to me in various ways not only am I grateful the platform assisted me financially but am also grateful it increase my knowledge to read and write more in a different way.

We don't only earn we also learn

Hive is wide compared to other web2 platforms that don't showcase what we benefit here. The comparison is far more different that if there is a debate between hive and web2 platforms, we will definitely win with the more opportunities that surrounds the platform.

I am still planning to grow and build my account as am not that consistent due to personal reasons but then my love, mindset and contribution remains here as Hive have really played a positive impact in my life.

The Hive platform need to be well known because it is a good example of web3 taking over from web2 with so much benefits involve in it. I might not be consistent on hive but there is no day i don't log in to see awesome post to read which is one impact I love so much.

I feel the Hive platform will be well known more, when the price increases to $1 or more someday because I feel that is one important benefit that will attract more people to come to the platform and eventually if they join, they would realize the involvement of Hive is far more beneficial than what they were expecting before.

However, it takes patience and process to grow on Hive because it is never an easy journey but then when one is involve fully the journey becomes more exciting when you associate and engage with others which is one major key needed to grow on hive. Hive is getting higher and I know someday it is going to be a bigger and better experience to talk about Hive in a different way but then I appreciate the opportunity and privilege to be here once again.
