I definitely understand what you described because sadly in this society people tend to not express their emotions. It can be difficult because in the end we're being vulnerable and that is not completely comfortable for a person, but it's also the most genuine expression of love.

I do agree that we indeed should change that, and express our emotions now that we can and not later when it's basically impossible.
