Tal cual lo dices, es un acto de amor propio. Ya no vale tanto entrar en una talla cuando por dentro no cambian ciertas cosas.
Excelente que hayas empezado a transitar esta senda, pues no tiene sino recompensas.

Eso que dices me resuena muchísimo: no se trata de encajar en una talla, sino de sanar lo que llevamos dentro… porque cuando el amor propio guía el camino, todo empieza a transformarse desde un lugar más amable, más real.

Este camino (como bien lo llamas) no siempre es fácil, pero sí profundamente liberador. Y saber que no estoy sola, que hay otras personas que también están eligiendo cuidarse desde el amor, me inspira muchísimo a seguir.
