You truly made a strong point. A sugar tax on drinks might sound good in theory, but if other unhealthy foods arenโ€™t covered, it risks becoming more of a revenue scheme than a real health solution. Itโ€™s frustrating when measures meant to improve public health end up just raising the cost of living without tackling the bigger picture. ๐Ÿ˜Œ

It seems you are one of the few who thoughtfully adresses the issue. However, I don't think such Taxes are good for anything, other than just a revenue grab by a Government desperate to cover the holes in their budget, caused by their mismanagement of the economy.
Educate people - possibly put a law into place for clear warning labels, similar to cigarettes.
Taxes are a necessity, but excessive taxation is a leftist policy that can only lead to ruin - and history has shown the results.
