I believe hot yoga really offers a range of benefits like improved flexibility and detoxification through sweat. But it's not suitable for everyone like individuals who are pregnant or with specific medical conditions. I find it a demanding but fulfilling experience.

I have seen multiple times some pregnant women in my class, the main thing is that they don't do all the poses and just limit it to the ones that are suited. The heat really does help with the felxibility and the heavy sweating does wonders to detoxify and clear my skin. That is also the main reason I'm sticking to hot yoga even though I also enjoy it.
