Day 2709 | Hot Yoga Monday

I continue to be on a good track with the focus on keeping my skin cleared which so far is working out. The holidays are coming up though so that will take some extra effort not to overly indulge on some unhealthy tasty foods. Monday was a pretty standard one including some bookkeeping, checking some podcasts to stay up to date with what is going on into the crypto space, a 90 minute hot yoga class and some tv in the evening before going to bed.

New Day Goals: I need to go to the car garage to get new tires and to get my brakes renewed quite early in the afternoon. I will try to go for an afternoon dog walk if the weather allows it and if possible make it into a fasting or intermittant fasting day to get below 69kg finally.

This is what I always do in the morning just a simple stretching yoga exercises to start the day☺
Stretching really is one of those underrated things that I believe adds a lot of long term benefits. Great morning routine!
I believe hot yoga really offers a range of benefits like improved flexibility and detoxification through sweat. But it's not suitable for everyone like individuals who are pregnant or with specific medical conditions. I find it a demanding but fulfilling experience.
I have seen multiple times some pregnant women in my class, the main thing is that they don't do all the poses and just limit it to the ones that are suited. The heat really does help with the felxibility and the heavy sweating does wonders to detoxify and clear my skin. That is also the main reason I'm sticking to hot yoga even though I also enjoy it.
