\r\n\r\n### *Hola Hivers*\r\n\r\n#\r\nMi entrenamiento de ayer, lamentablemente, fue algo accidentado porque me lesion\u00e9 un dorsal. Tristemente, espero que no sea algo muy grave, pero he sentido mucha molestia desde el primer combo de ayer de *front lever*. El combo de activaci\u00f3n fue algo muy sencillo: un *front lever touch*, unas *pull-ups* (3 para ser m\u00e1s precisos), un *press* normal y otro un poco m\u00e1s ancho. Sent\u00ed un pinchazo en el dorsal, aunque no le di gran importancia, ya que pens\u00e9 que mi cuerpo estaba fr\u00edo.\r\n#\r\nDespu\u00e9s, realic\u00e9 una plancha sin sentir molestias, por lo que decid\u00ed seguir con otro combo de *front lever* con un agarre m\u00e1s ancho, como lo ten\u00eda previsto. Sin embargo, en la segunda *pull-up* sent\u00ed much\u00edsima molestia. A\u00f1ad\u00ed un *press* al combo, pero despu\u00e9s de eso no pude soportar el dolor.\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n### *Hi Hivers*\r\n\r\n#\r\nMy workout yesterday, unfortunately, was somewhat accidental because I injured my lat. Sadly, I hope it's not anything too serious, but I've been feeling a lot of discomfort since yesterday's first front lever combo. The activation combo was very simple: a front lever touch, some pull-ups (3 to be precise), a regular press, and another slightly wider grip. I felt a pinch in my lat, although I didn't think much of it, as I thought my body was cold.\r\n#\r\nAfterward, I performed a plank without feeling any discomfort, so I decided to continue with another front lever combo with a wider grip, as planned. However, on the second pull-up, I felt a lot of discomfort. I added a press to the combo, but after that, I couldn't stand the pain.\r\n

\r\nA pesar de la situaci\u00f3n, dej\u00e9 de lado el *front lever* y prob\u00e9 un *press* de *tuck rana* para hacer algo de empuje, aunque fuera suave. Segu\u00eda sintiendo molestias, pero con menos intensidad. Realic\u00e9 algunos *press* con momias y algunas negativas, hasta que simplemente ya no pude resistir el dolor en el dorsal, lo que me oblig\u00f3 a parar el entrenamiento.\r\n\r\n#\r\n\u00a1Somos SWC! \u2764\ufe0f Nos vemos en el pr\u00f3ximo post.\r\n\r\n

\r\nDespite the situation, I ditched the front lever and tried a frog tuck press to get some pushing, albeit a gentle one. I still felt discomfort, but with less intensity. I performed some mummy presses and some negatives, until I simply couldn't stand the pain in my back anymore, which forced me to stop training.\r\n#\r\nWe are SWC! \u2764\ufe0f See you in the next post.\r\n\r\n
