My Actifit Report Card: January 21 2026
On this occasion, one of my daily activities was to fix two electrical devices in the house, one of them was the lights of the manger, they had gone out and did not turn on, I checked it and determined that some coils had burned out, since it works in series, the rest does not turn on, we will have to buy one, it is more of the programmed obsolescence that we suffer.
The other device was a kitchen water heater, it did not turn on and I had to disassemble it, I checked the power cable, the resistance and the switch, I did not see anything strange or abnormal, apparently everything was fine.
I was about to put it back together, I thought it was the resistance that had burned out, it didn't occur to me to measure its resistance; but notice one loose connector, remove them and tighten them with pliers, cost in meters again; I tried again and it turned on, it is what is called a false contact.
