I had quite the revelation on chain this past week...

O.k., first it was another great week of creating and curation. And then seeing that little pump at the end of the week made it that much sweeter. But there are quite a few things that I noticed on chain, that seemed to fly under my radar...

And this is crazy because some of these 'features' are relaunches of services I used here in the blockchain's finer years.

Did you even know....Leasing Hive Power is back?

I mean, I remember rumblings of it now and again, but never really looked into things much. Because if I remember, there we issues and never a big launch that created any buzz.

But here I am, checking out @snapie and Hive Grove's @shiftrox made a snap looking for someone to fill the leases he requested on....Hive Engine???

What?

So apparently that's a thing lol And I had no idea....You would think I would have noticed this, as it's front and center on the top of the page. And I was such a huge fan of lending on chain years ago (I forget the name of the leasing program, but it was quite popular.)

Anywho, s you would assume, most of the requested leases are for layer 2 tokens and such. But there are some HP requested. And they seem to be offered between 10-15% APR.

So yeah...I'm back to leasing Hive Power :)

Payments have already started to come in!!!

That was the most exciting thing for me to learn about Hive last week lol Let's see how the rest of the week went....

I added well over 400 Hive Power to the stacks this week!

And we saw the k/e ratio go from 3.20 to 3.17

Slow and steady folks, that's the secret!

Nothing new to report here!

I did make a few posts within the community this past week, but we're still 4 members short of our goal.

Hope to attract some new creators this week at the Kingdom!

BBHO & Things

Steady as she goes on BBHO as well. Still only dishing out around 30-35 BBHO per full upvote, but the markets seem to be pretty happy for the token.

It goes up and down, obviously with low volume, but it's still nice to see people stacking it.

But here's the next thing I've kind of been tracking on my journey, and it has to do with Hive Grove.

I found this while poking around the profile pages on the game, and I'd love to see what this APR is!!!

I mean, I started building my grove about a month and a half ago...And I've spent 105 Hive on it.

I've already earned back 27.764 Hive. In a year if these numbers stick, I should be around 200 Hive or more.

But my math sucks, maybe someone can help me out LOL

Still, it's looking like Hive Grove can become a sweet little Hive generator if we stay the course with it.

Other than that, we're still trucking along the journey.
