#MyHiveGoals - Ooooh A Shiny New Token!

I have to just laugh at myself...

The disclaimer for any of my blog posts has been and forever will be, I'm the worst investor in history. So anything I'm excited for, or investing in, please take it with a grain of salt. My wife always scolds me because of my loyalty to projects and people. I am loyal to a fault, and it's burned me quite a bit in my life. First with old businesses that I literally sank with and also crypto projects that I go all in on....

She always says, why don't you pick any winners? And for that I simply say.....Hey, I might pick the ones that never go to the moon but dang it, I'm having a lot of fun while doing it LOL

Seriously though, I've found a new 'darling' in my Hive adventures and I think I'm going to run with it for a while and set up a goal for my weekly tally. We'll get into that in a bit...

I'm taking some of the profits I'm getting (and a very small amount that is lol) and putting it into some layer 2 projects here on Hive. I don't have any capital to invest, so it's literally just my time invested and whatever I make here on chain. And to be honest, I like it like that...Everything is a win right now for me, so I'm enjoying the ride.

Let's dive in and see how it went this week...

25,000 Hive Power

As mentioned, I have a BARE minimum amount to invest, so for my Hive goals, I'm literally making sure everything I earn from content creationa nd curation goes right back into my Hive Power staking.

25,000 - 17,873 = 7,127 left to go

And while these cheap prices are super attractive to grab more Hive...I just don't have the funds. So the grind back up to 25 k is taking a lot longer than I hoped for. Still, we're growing...

My k/e ratio went down this week too, mind you, not by much...It's gone down from 5.46 to 5.40. Slow and steady I guess :)

100 BBHO Per Upvote

I love seeing the markets with BBHO. While there is not a ton of volume, the fact that there are always buyers of the tokens allows me to take some profits each week and snag some other layer 2 projects that I'm looking at.

I stacked a bit more than normal this past week but my upvote is only worth 62 BBHO per full vote. I'm still making sure I get curation spread out to a lot of people posting to the community. If you want an upvote or two, make sure you follow @jongobbh and use the tag #bbh in your blog posts. I'll find ya ;)

New Goal - 5,000 MEDALS

So yeah, I found a new shiny project that I'm in love with on the blockchain - @sportsblock

This sports-centric app on chain has become my new favorite thing and has become the perfect home for my sports fandom lol And to top it all off, they have a prediction market built right into the app that allows you to wager their token MEDALS on games across the entire sports world.

While gambling really isn't my thing, I love that I can tip MEDALS to users and start my own predictions as well. So a goal for this will be 5,000 MEDALS. I'm currently at 800, so I have a ways to go :)

So yeah, combined with my LEO delegations, my obsession with the new 3speak front end and of course, Snapie...I'm having a BLAST on chain these days.
