Heute ist Sonntag und ich habe frei, also habe ich den Tag mit einer morgendlichen Laufrunde vor dem Frühstück gestartet. Die frische Luft und die Ruhe am frühen Morgen haben mir gutgetan - obwohl es noch sehr nass war vom gestrigen Regen. Nach dem Lauf habe ich mich auf ein entspanntes Frühstück gefreut. Jetzt geht es weiter zum Mittagessen.
