My Actifit Report Card: April 19 2026

A decent start to the Sunday.

In the afternoon, I went out for a walk and also buy few things. Spent 10/15 minutes walking and shopping.

In the evening, I went out twice for short 4/5 minutes short walks.

Throughout the day, I also added steps walking indoors, inside the flat and the common balcony.

Completing 5000+ steps for the day.

Currently watching the second IPL match for today.
