My Actifit Report Card: July 31 2025

A decent start to the day. Weather was better today.

First, i went out to get few printouts and xerox for the documents I had to submit to bank for kyc. Had to go a little further as the regular shop was closed.

Came back home, filled the necessary request form and attached the required documents and went to the bank. The bank is 10 minutes by walk from my place.

In the afternoon, after 4pm, I went to the hospital to be with mom.

While in the hospital I did a lot of steps walking in the corridor in multiple instalments.

Completing 7000+ steps for the day.
