This is how i celebrated my birthday [ENG/ ESP]

Without a doubt, this year has been different, with a touch of nostalgia. It's a new stage, time to let go, leave, move on, and continue, as they say, everything is temporary, people, problems, situations, learning from each experience.

Another year of life, I thank God for allowing me to celebrate it with my beautiful parents, who have always been there for me unconditionally, receiving those messages of love, appreciation, congratulations, thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who took the time to send me those messages.

I confess that since the month of my birthday began, at first I felt excited, I had the dream of spending it in my favorite place, however, things happened, I knew it wasn't going to happen, I got a little discouraged, but when the day came, I said to myself, well, it doesn't matter, another year will come, the important thing is to celebrate it, in my own way, with my closest friends and family, a simple gathering at home, and that's how it was, I'm not complaining, on the contrary, I'm grateful because everything happened, it flowed as I wanted it to.

The million-dollar question was whether or not I would be able to eat cake, a light, diet-friendly one for me. And I was able to, thanks to my beautiful friend @gelart and my lovely mother, both of whom excelled with these delicious cakes. By the way, I'll bring you the recipe for the one I made with my mom, well, more her than me, hahaha. But there I saw it, and it was really super simple, practical, without many ingredients, and best of all, healthy.

My friend elianis, apart from the super diet cake, brought me a healthy jelly, she will share the recipe for both the cake and the jelly, I will only tell you that the jelly is based on hibiscus flower, it was delicious. 😋

We had a nice time, very quiet, just us, we laughed, we ate, epa I also stood out, I made a healthy salsita, later I will tell you about my snack, the attempt that did not come out as it was supposed to, but well hahaha, sometimes tik tok recipes are deceiving.

The important thing is that I was able to celebrate my day, eat my cake, sing happy birthday, and start again, trusting in this new trip around the sun, which will be filled with many positive, joyful, healthy things, abundance, and prosperity, amen. 🙏 💪

SPANISH VERSION

Sin duda este año ha sido diferente, con un poco de nostalgia, es una nueva etapa, toca soltar, dejar, ir y seguir, como dicen por allí, todo es pasajero, las personas, los problemas, las situaciones, aprendiendo de cada experiencia.

Otro año más de vida, doy gracias a Dios por permitirme celebrarlo con mis hermosos padres, que siempre han estado allí para mí incondicionalmente, recibiendo esos mensajes de cariño, de aprecio, de felicitaciones, gracias, gracias, gracias a todos los que se tomaron el tiempo para enviarme dichos mensajes.

Confieso que desde que comenzó el mes de mi cumpleaños, al principio me sentía emocionada, tenía el sueño de pasarlo en mi lugar favorito, sin embargo, pasaron cosas, sabía que no se iba a dar, me achicalé un poco, pero llegado el día, me dije, bueno no importa, otro año será, aquí lo valioso es celebrarlo, a mi manera, con los más allegados, una reunión sencilla en casa, y asi fue, no me quejo, al contrario, agradecida porque todo se dio, fluyo como quería.

La pregunta del millón era si iba o no poder comer torta, una ligera, dietética para mí; y si se pudo, gracias a mi bella amiga @gelart y mi hermosa madre, ambas se destacaron con estas ricas tortas, que por cierto, luego les traigo la receta de la que hice con mi mamá, bueno más ella que yo jajajaja, pero allí vi, y la verdad supersencilla, práctica, sin muchos ingredientes, y lo mejor de todo, saludable.

Mi amiga elianis, aparte de la torta súper dietética, me trajo una gelatina también saludable, ya ella les compartirá la receta de ambas, tanto de la torta como de la gelatina, solo les adelantaré que la gelatina es a base de flor de jamaica, estaba rica. 😋

Pasamos un momento ameno, muy tranquilo, solo nosotros, reímos, comimos, epa también me destaqué, hice una salsita saludable, luego les cuento mi snack, el intento que no salió como se suponía, pero bueno jajaja, a veces las recetas de tik tok son engañosas.

Lo importante es que pude celebrar mi día, comí mi torta, cante cumpleaños y bueno, empezar de nuevo, confiando en esta nueva vuelta al sol, que venga cargado de muchas cosas positivas, alegres, saludables, abundancia y prosperidad, amén. 🙏 💪
