The life that you are living today is moving at a swift Pace, and this Rapid response that we need to give giving almost every scenario that we are involved in our life keeps a lot of stress on US. At the end of the day, all these things that we are dealing with definitely make us feel very tired and worn out. All of these things have a lot of impact on us because, as humans, we require a lot of rest. We are not built for putting in a lot of effort constantly and that is something that we need to realise and also dedicate some time towards rest.
The things that we are surrounded with demand or attention at almost every single moment and that is something which is our responsibility as well but at the same time we should also be looking forward towards certain things that can be very helpful to make us feel relax after a very long day and that is something which we over look in most of the time and there is something which we need to realise as well and also look forward towards dedicating a proper set of things which is going to be the thing that is going to make a feel better and restore our energy while making a feel calm.
The importance for a big and healthy relaxation routine is much more than we think and it matters quite a lot because their can be different things which make different people come and relax which is my you can't really copy the routine of someone else but surely you can try to finger out what works best for you and what is the thing that brings you the most amount of peace and also makes you feel relaxed at most of the time which is why it is going to be unique from every single person to the other.
One of the things that I try to implement the most is to start by looking forward towards setting up the environment because I feel that environment is one of the most important things as in the surroundings around us will have very huge impact on how we are going to feel and whenever I come home from a very long day I try to make myself feel comfortable and that is something which is being done by eating simple and not getting involved much more Complex things after I am already home and that is followed by setting up the lights to be a little bit dim and trying to rest on the Sofa for a few minutes after I just come home.
After resting for a while, I go directly for a warm shower because I feel a warm shower is something that is one of the past things that can make you feel very soothing, as it has a comforting feeling. After all, I feel that all of my muscles feel very relax when the water flows through my body and that is when I allow myself we just get away from all of the stress that I had from the entire day and it helps quite Lotus and all of this is a very big factor towards building up the sense of relaxation within myself.
I also try to stay away from everything related to technology once I get home for a couple of hours and while doing so implement my whole time in other things is well such as the things with that I mentioned already and the part from that I also try to sick bit of tea as well which is something that is my personal favourite as it is also something that is going to be one of the best comforting beverages that I can have as it mix me feel a lot more calm and makes me feel that it is the time to unwind from all of the stressful thoughts and frustration that I had all the day.
There is nothing Complex in my routine that I try to follow but it is quite simple and I also try to keep it simple because it is something that works for me and it has been working for me for a very long period and the psychological impact that you can have by making yourself feel relax is something immense and that is something that I only understood when I once tried it and the result that I got out of it was something unbelievable because it definitely gives you the power to feel the Restoration of energy with in yourself and also get you in the mood to just chill around and also prepare you for the next day as well because without all of this you will also have a very Grumpy next morning as well which is something that is not ideal.
In this modern world many people definitely would talk about been busy and also promoting the Hustle culture quite a lot but there is also another important aspect that we often miss out on talking about it which is going to be looking forward towards a routine or particular period when we are relaxing our body out of all of these things that we are already dealing with that is something that are body deserves as well and it is one of the safe and comforting space that is going to make a feel better and also very much come as everything that we are surrounded with his putting a lot of pressure on US and the same time it is also need it to be looking to be release somewhere and providing that opportunity to our body and ourself is something that we need to be making a reality.
