The mornings here are not quite the same as home given I wake at 5am our time but that is 7am here and the sun is well and up by then.
Mid morning I was trying to load stuff onto the shelf in the garage and had it come crashing down on me. SO I had to reinstall the hangers only this time I drive the screws into the studs. It made all the difference and is now nice and strong. Oops.
I was able to add the outlets to the pantry downstairs with the line live. Thankfully the light is also a junction box so I was able to tie the line into the live side. Just do one wire at a time and there is little chance of getting zapped.
The bulk of the day was spent in the garage sorting, moving, organizing, piling, and building a pile of emptied tubs and bins. The biggest part was to get the quadrants built for the various things which made it easier for everyone else to work on. The far wall is all the garage sale stuff and it grew a LOT over the day.
The unboxing/sorting/moving etc continues today. At some point I will be helping to hang the vast numbers of pictures/paintings around the house. Still have bars to install, stuff to remove from the old house, and maybe new toilets to install in the next days. My handyman skills are coming in nice and handy now, (pun intended).
