Language is a mirror of reality / El lenguaje es un espejo de la realidad (eng-esp)

Hello, friends of #humanitas.
After a long time, I'm returning to this community. I was reading the suggested topics pinned at the top, and several of them caught my attention, so I'll be posting here more often.
The topic I'll discuss today isn't exactly one I'm planning for today (it was yesterday's), but it's a topic I'd like to share with you and not let the day pass:
How does language not only describe, but also reconstruct and transform our realities?

Language—our language—is a reflection of who we are. There is an intrinsic and directly proportional relationship between our reality and the improvement of our language.

The only way to increase (and when I say increase, I mean increase by improving it, not by distorting language) is by reading, and by reading a lot.

By increasing our knowledge, our language, and broadening our horizons, we can transform our reality. In fact, as we do so, we will begin to see reality differently.

A clear example of what I'm saying is shown in the Brazilian documentary My Friend Nietzsche

It's highly recommended. In just 10 minutes, it exposes what I'm telling you and a major deficiency in global reality. Don't miss it.

I'm pursuing a PhD in science in art. Since I began researching and writing reports and theses, I realized how much my language and way of seeing the world had changed.

At the same time, I've been able to change my way of thinking and maximize my earnings in time, activities, and money.

My husband is a writer. Also, through the readings he's suggested (because not everything can be science), I've been able to acquire better language skills.
I just have to review my early writings from college and compare them with my current ones.

There's been a significant change.

Just as there is a significant change in our way of thinking as our language changes.

Nobel Prize winner in literature Mo Yan once said that "language is a life tool for writers." I would say the same for everyone else.

Like any tool, we must learn to use it. Depending on how well it is improved and how we use it, the change we can bring to our reality will depend.
Also, our experience, of course.

Everyone communicates to the extent their language allows. The greater the variety and quality of language, the greater the possibility of communication and interpretation.
Interpretation is the other side of the coin of language. The more language we have, the better we can interpret our context and our reality.

Hola, amigos de #humanitas.
Después de mucho tiempo, regreso a esta comunidad. Estuve leyendo las sugerencias de temas anclado en el inicio y varios de ellos llamaron mi atención, así que estaré más a menudo escribiendo por aquí.
El tema declararé hoy no es precisamente que está puesto para este día (fue el de ayer) pero es un tema que quisiera compartirlo con ustedes y no dejar pasar el día:
¿De qué forma el lenguaje, no solo describe, sino que reconstruye y transforma nuestras realidades?

El lenguaje, nuestro lenguaje es un reflejo de lo que somos. Hay una relación intrínseca y directamente proporcional de nuestra realidad con la mejoría de nuestro lenguaje.

La única manera de aumentar (y cuando me refiero a aumentar, hablo de aumentarlo mejorándolo, no con deformaciones del lenguaje) es leyendo y leyendo mucho.

Al aumentar nuestro conocimiento, nuestro lenguaje y ampliando nuestros horizontes, podremos transformar nuestra realidad. De hecho, a medida que lo hagamos, comenzaremos a ver la realidad de forma diferente.

Un ejemplo claro de lo que digo se muestra en el documental brasileño Mi amigo Nietzsche

Es altamente recomendable. En solo 10 minutos expone esto que les digo y una gran deficiencia de la realidad mundial. No dejen de verlo.

Estoy realizando el doctorado en ciencias sobre arte. Desde que comencé a investigar y a redactar informes y tesis, me di cuenta del cambio que había dado mi lenguaje y la forma en ver el mundo.

Al mismo tiempo, he podido cambiar mi forma de pensar y maximiza, optimizar mis ganancias en tiempo, actividades y monetariamente.

Mi esposo es escritor. También a través de las lecturas que me ha sugerido (porque no todo puede ser ciencia), he podido adquirir mejor lenguaje.
Solo tengo que revisar mis primeros escritos de la universidad y compararlos con los actuales.
Hay un cambio significativo.

Del mismo modo que hay un cambió significativo en nuestra forma de pensar a medida que cambia nuestro lenguaje.

Dijo una vez el Premio Nobel de literatura, Mo Yan, que “la lengua es una herramienta de vida de los escritores”. Yo diría que también para el resto de las personas.

Como cada herramienta, hay que aprender a utilizarla. En dependencia de lo mejorada que esté y del uso que le demos, será el cambio que podremos darle a nuestra realidad.
También de nuestra experiencia, claro.

Cada quien se comunica en la medida que su lenguaje lo permite. A mayor variedad y calidad de lenguaje, mayor posibilidad de comunicación y de interpretación.
La interpretación es la otra cara de la moneda del lenguaje. A mayor lenguaje, podremos interpretar mejor nuestro contexto y nuestra realidad.
