The other day I answered the first question in the community quiz, and today I'm back to answer my favorite one.
If I could be an animal, I'd definitely be a feline.

If I could choose, I'd be a cat. But I mentioned felines because lionesses, for example, raise children as a family; they're the hunters, the ones in charge of finding food and providing for the family.

I also identify with the independence of cats. Since I was little, I learned the importance of being independent and self-sufficient.

Also, the importance of protecting my space, my territory: mine and my family's.

One thing I love about cats is that they are beings who have learned to express their affection and communicate with humans.

Another characteristic I love about cats, and one we share, is that we are untamable. I highly doubt anyone can claim that humans have been able to domesticate cats. Although they are considered "domestic animals," I don't think they are domesticated.
They simply share our home. However, quite often, if they find another place where they feel more comfortable, they leave their old home and move to a new one: temporarily, periodically, or permanently.
I had a cat, for example, who, after giving birth, took her kittens 15 days later to a house with a yard where many other cats from the neighborhood gathered.
For these and other reasons, I would gladly be a feline: a lioness, a tigress, or a cat.

Hola, chicas 💓
El otro día respondí la primera pregunta del concurso de la comunidad y hoy regreso a responder la que más me gusta.
Si pudiera ser un animal, sin lugar a dudas sería una felina.

Si pudiera elegir, fuera una gata. Pero mencioné a las felinas porque las leonas, por ejemplo, crían en familia, son las cazadoras, las que se encargan de buscar el alimento, de poveer para la familia.

También me identifico con la independencia de los gatos. Desde pequeña aprendí la importancia de ser independiente, auto suficiente.
También la importancia de proteger mi espacio, mi territorio: lo mío y de mi familia.

Hay algo que me encanta de los gatos es que son seres que han aprendido a expresar su cariño y a comunicarse con los seres humanos.

Otra característica que me encanta de los gatos y que compartimos, es que somos indomables. Dudo mucho que alguien pueda asegurar que los humanos hayan podido domesticar a los gatos. A pesar que se consideran “animales domésticos”, no creo que sean domesticados.
Sencillamente, ellos comparten nuestro hogar. Sin embargo, con bastante frecuencia, si encuentran otro lugar donde se sientan más a gusto, dejan su antiguo hogar y se mudan a ese nuevo: de forma temporal, periódica o permanentemente.
Tuve a una gata, por ejemplo, que después que paría, a los 15 días se llevaba a sus gaticos para una casa con patio donde se reunían muchos otros gatos del barrio.
Por estas y otras razones, con gusto fuera una felina: una leona, una tigresa o una gata.
