For the new year / Para el nuevo año - loh contest week #269

Hey girls!

Whenever you set new goals and objectives for the coming year, you always have to look inward and think about what you've done wrong and what you could improve.

That's why, @cautiva-30, I've left this post as the first one I make in 2026.

I'll start with #hive. I started almost exactly a year ago. I'll be celebrating in a few days. A year of constant learning.

I'd never worked in anything other than playing guitar. And yes, although I really enjoy writing in the community, I see this as a job. It requires rigor, discipline, consistency, and professionalism.

Everything that a job entails.

This was the community I interacted with the most. A community for us women.

However, I don't think I interacted enough, and that's something I need to correct this year. I need to interact more. I read a lot, almost everything, but I haven't commented as much as I'd like.

The other area for improvement is undoubtedly my work as a concert guitarist. And she told me to improve because I have to study every day and try to be better.

I can't be satisfied with the professional I am today because I know I can and will be better.
One can never be content with stagnation or the false peace that comes with the comfort zone; we must always seek challenges, difficulties, and self-improvement.

And, of course, I can't be myself without talking about my children, my family.
Family will always be the center of all my projects and my reason for being.

All the concerts, tours, and performances I plan for next year are always tests to make them proud of me.

I always want to be a better mother, friend, and wife for them. As I grow as a person and a professional, I will be able to help them become better every day.

And finally, I would like to thank everyone in the community for the warm welcome you gave my husband and me this past year.

Thank you all so much. I hope this Ladies of Hive family continues to grow and that we stay together and happy this year and in the years to come.

Hola, chicas!

Siempre que una se propone nuevos objetivos y metas para el próximo año y por supuesto que siempre tiene que mirarse por dentro y pensar en qué ha hecho mal y que podría mejorar.
Por eso, @cautiva-30, he dejado esta publicación para que sea la primera que hago en el 2026.

Comenzaré por #hive. Comencé hace casi un año exactamente. Lo cumpliré en pocos días. Un año de constante aprendizaje.
Nunca había trabajado en nada que no fuera la guitarra. Y sí, aunque disfrute mucho escribir en la comunidad, esto lo veo como un trabajo. Necesita rigor, disciplina, constancia y profesionalidad.
Todo lo que un trabajo conlleva.

La comunidad en que más interactué fue esta, precisamente. Una comunidad para nosotras las mujeres.
Sin embargo no creo haber interactuado lo suficiente Y eso es algo que debo corregir durante este año. Debo interactuar más. Leo mucho, casi todo, pero no he comentado tanto como quisiera haberlo hecho.

El otro punto a mejorar es sin duda mi trabajo como guitarrista concertista. Y me dijo mejorar porque tengo que estudiar a diario y tratar de ser mejor.
No puedo conformarme con la profesional que soy hoy ya que sé que puedo y podré ser mejor.
Una nunca puede conformarse con la inmovilidad o la falsa paz que trae la zona de confort debemos buscar siempre el reto lo difícil la superación.

Y, claro, no puedo ser yo sin hablar de mis hijos, de mi familia.
La familia siempre será el centro de todos mis proyectos y mi razón de ser.
Todos los conciertos todas las giras y presentaciones que proyecto para el próximo año siempre son exámenes en hacerlos sentir orgullosa de mí.
Quiero ser siempre mejor madre, amiga y esposa para ellos. Al crecer yo como ser humano y profesional, podré ayudarlos a ser cada vez mejores.

Y, por último, quisiera agradecer a todos en la comunidad por la acogida que nos dieron a mi esposo y a mí durante este año.
Muchísimas gracias a todos. Espero que esta familia de Ladies of Hive, siga creciendo y que nos mantengamos juntos y felices durante este año y los que vienen.
