Feeling the coffee in my hands

Hello, coffee lovers around the world.

Coffee is a special beverage; it has the unique characteristic of being enjoyed with all the senses, and each ingredient has its own story.

For me, each type of coffee has its own particular charm and its perfect time of day. For example, let's try this cortado.

This recipe is made with medium-roast Arabica coffee, cane sugar, cow's milk, and a touch of ground cinnamon.

This recipe is, in my opinion, the star recipe for breakfast. I really enjoy watching the hot milk fall into the hot coffee and gradually turn it brown. I find it a wonderful sight.

Coffee and milk are synonymous with breakfast in my country. So, whenever I order a cortado in any café in the world, I remember the breakfasts my grandmother used to make for me when I was a little girl.

This coffee should be sweet. I usually add a couple of tablespoons, at most.

What's essential, though, is cinnamon.

Ground cinnamon is the perfect finishing touch to a delicious coffee, giving the drink an exotic twist.

And the milk should always be hot and creamy. It's exquisite with condensed milk. However, while powdered milk is drinkable, it's not ideal. Cow's milk is best. This gives it a unique creaminess, perfect for a cortado.

I'm thinking all this while holding the cup in my hands.
All that, and the fact that it makes me want to have breakfast.
