Another reason to not power down is
Currently he got hivepakistan, if it's above 10 KE, bot won't allow to curate him. Thus High KE means low or no curations.

You should maintain below 10 KE
By not powering down
Your KE ratio is below 1 which is better than mine. If it was above 10, I wouldn't curate u as much as I do if it's below 1. Default KE is 2.
so the lower the better it is
